Secrets to success
Temperature: Temperatures between 18°C and 24°C.
Light: Bright indirect light. Peperomia also thrive under indoor grow lights.
Water: Due to the semi-succulent nature of the plant, allow the plant to dry out in between waterings.
Air humidity: Moderate - 40-50%, place the pot on a tray of wet pebbles to create more humidity. feed: Fertilise the plant once a month during spring and summer, using a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.
Re-potting: Re-pot in spring, only when the plant has outgrown its pot.
Re-pot to a slightly larger pot - anything too big would hold too much water and could cause root rot. Use a container with a drainage hole.
Potting mix: Peperomia need a well draining mix.
Fertilising: Feed bi-weekly during the growing season.
This plant is non-toxic.
